The Portland Pride Waterfront Festival will be held June 15-16, 2019 at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Portland, Oregon. Festival attendance is expected to reach 30,000-35,000 and 45,000+ Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Official Pride Events are those that either benefit Pride Northwest (through donation) or one of our programs, scheduled during Portland Pride Week June 10-16, 2019.

Limit 3 Booths
Limit 3 booths per group or entity (company/agency/city or county, etc.). If your purchase exceeds the 3-booth limit, your entire reservation may be cancelled without notice.
We strongly encourage nonprofits and service organizations to connect with our community. Use coupon code NPO2019 at checkout for $175 off your booth reservation (limit 1 per group and individual). Please be prepared to provide (when asked) your IRS letter, 501(c)(3) certification, etc. We use the State of Oregon Secretary of State’s Business Name Finder as well as Guidestar.com to confirm nonprofit status.
10’x10’ booth: $475 ($575 for corners)
Furnished with 2 folding chairs and an 8-foot table (corners get 2 8-foot tables).
All booths are covered. You may not use your own tents/canopies. Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their booths, but please take care to remain within the confines of your booth. No exhibitor activities, signage, or furnishings may take place in, or extend into, the aisles or common space(s).
Electricity: Add-on to booth reservation $100 ($200 on-site)

Festival hours: noon-8pm
Festival hours 11:30am – 6pm
Load-in/out: Instructions for Saturday and Sunday timed loading in and out are posted 2 weeks prior to the event. Friday set up is not permitted without prior consent.
Security: There is security in the park overnight, however … We are not responsible for any items that are left unattended. You may secure your booth and inventory as you see fit. We recommend removing your belongings after the park closes Saturday night (8pm) and setting up again Sunday morning (8-11am) according to the Load-in Schedule.
