Pride Northwest Monthly Board Meeting

The board of Pride Northwest meets at least once a month publicly to discuss business pertaining to the Portland Pride festival and parade, as well as the operation of the corporation itself.
Meetings are specifically held each second Tuesday of the month. The time and place of each meeting shall be posted on the Pride Northwest website.
Each public meeting is open to everyone. The board generally sets aside 15 minutes for public comment at the beginning of each public meeting. If you or an organization you represent would like to present an issue to the Pride Northwest board, simply contact Vice-President Ben Brown Jr. at vicepresident@pridenw.org at least three business days prior to the meeting to be added to the meeting agenda. If you would like to present documentation or an audio/visual presentation, we ask to provide an electronic copy of such materials as well via email.
Executive sessions of the board meeting are limited to Pride Northwest board and staff. Media requests are encouraged and may be sent to vicepresident@pridenw.org.
