To All Food & Snack Vendors
One weekend every year the Pacific Northwest Lesbian/Gay/Bi/Trans/Queer (LGBTQ) community gets together in Portland, Oregon to recognize the diversity and strength of our community and celebrate who we are in an encouraging atmosphere. Last year more than 30,000 people attended the Portland Pride Festival. The event draws people from all over Oregon and southwest Washington.
The vendor area of the festival will be open to the public from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
All food/snack vendors MUST contact Pride NW via email or phone to request a vendor application. Due to space limitations, Pride NW will choose six (6) entree (food) vendors and four (4) snack vendors. Vendors will be notified if their application is accepted.
2010 Food/Snack Vendor Fee Schedule:
Entree (Food) Vendors: (total of three entrees and three sides only)
20 X 20 ft Space @ $1,250.00 each
20 X 20 ft Canopy (includes backwall) @ $250.00 each
Extra 8 ft Banquet Table & 2 chairs @ $30.00 each
Extra 120v outlets @ $100.00 each
Snack Vendors: (total of three side items only)
10 X 10 ft Space @ $375.00 each
10 X 10 ft Canopy (includes backwall) @ $180.00 each
