To reserve a booth at our festival, Please fill in the form below and press the submit button.

You will then have the option of submitting your payment on-line using PayPal or printing the form and mailing it to us with a check or money order.

 Booth Information:

No food or beverages of any kind may be sold or given away except by designated food vendors. If you are interested in being a food vendor at the festival, please e-mail our staff person.

Load in times will be assigned at the time of registration. Since early load in times are in high demand we will assign them on a first come first serve policy, (the earlier you register the better chance you’ll have at getting an earlier time slot). If you do not need an early load in time please indicate that in the comment portion of your registration form so we may accommodate those vendors who need extra set up time. Thank you for your understanding and support

Fee Schedule -
For registrations made prior to May 1st:
Non-profit booth: $125
For profit booth: $250

For registrations made on or after May 1st:
Non-profit booth: $175
For profit booth: $300

For registrations made on or after June 1st:
Non-profit booth: $225
For profit booth: $350

To register for a corner booth it is an additional $100.

Equipment rental fees:
10x10 foot tent: $170
Table and 2 chairs: $25
Electricity: $125 per 120V outlet
Water hook-up: $75

NOTE: Spaces marked in black are unavailable. Corner booths are colored yellow. Booths marked in blue have been requested and are pending payment. Booth requests are not guaranteed. Spaces are available on a first come first serve bases. You must indicate your requested booth number AND block letter. For example: A12, B5, C7 etc...
